WORKOUT GUIDELINES

Arrival
Arrive no later than 15 minutes before your session to stretch properly and remember to drink plenty of fluids beforehand.

Strength Development
You will do strength development reps during each session (no weights) using resistance training based on age. (Use of medicine balls, based on age)

Jump Rope
Players will jump rope during each session.

Food
Before any workout eat only appropriate foods, e.g. - fruits, dry cereal, yogurts, etc.

Big Ball & Heavy Ball
We do workouts (both passing and shooting) with both balls

Parents
Welcome to observe and comment before & after.

Schedule
Will always be confirmed before the coming weeks workout. Fees $25.00 per hour for 1 on 1 workouts. All semi-private workouts are $20.00 per hour.

Lateness

If you arrive late, you still must stretch before the workout begins. Gym Location Currently in the Sanatoga Area and Collegeville/Skippack Areas.

Cancellation
Less than 24 hours ahead the fee is $20.00 to cancel. There are a number of players whom we will not be able to accommodate due to gym space, therefore we must have a strict cancellation policy.

Follow-up Work
Each player will be given work to do on their own. It is each players responsibility to follow-up and report back. For example - point guard skills, dribbling, shooting form, defensive slidework, etc.
